|Recommended: YesExcellent Staff, Convenient Location — I think this is a great place to live. It is a little bit more expensive than past places I have lived at but they easily make up the price difference with how friendly and helpful the staff is. The staff has made the process of paying rent and requesting maintenance very easy using electronic means. There is almost always someone at their desk when you need to drop in and talk to any of the staff. The location is very convenient to live at. This place is close to a medical center, grocery stores, restaurants, and has a gas station across the street. For someone like me it really couldn't get much better.
|Recommended: YesNice Apartments, Clean, and Safe — You can hear your neighbors, although it is muffled. Very clean and safe apartments. Parking is always available, which is really nice. Appliances are all in good condition and are pretty updated.

The only thing I would comment on is that people are not picking up Poop after their dogs and puppies. — Parking, noise level, maintenance staff are five star. The only comments I have is that grounds cleanliness is not very good. Also a lot of trash in underground garage .
|Recommended: YesA pleasant place to live — We liked the open floor plan of the apartment. Office personnel was always friendly and helpful with any needs or questions. Maintenance was definitely on point with any issues. The issues were promptly resolved.
|Recommended: YesClean and upkept — Great area to live in. Hannah and staff are attentive and answer any question you may have. Close to all your needs dining, grocery, shopping, etc. with easy access to I-29 and downtown.
|Recommended: YesBeautiful property, lovely neighbors, ideal location, and wonderful amenities — It's a super nice place with full access to pools, weight rooms, and the walking trail The office staff are super nice and understanding. However, the noise of others is super bad and it kinda seems like there is often a reason to call maintenance. One small thing I think they could do to really improve their facilities is to get squat racks in the weight rooms Overall, would recommend
|Recommended: YesVery good apartments — It’s quite, love the trash shoot. If my neighbors are being loud you can kinda hear them in the hallway but I’ve never had a problem while in the apartment.
|Recommended: YesNice place to live, office staff rude — This place was great to live for college. The apartments are decent. They are definitely over priced for what you get. The pool seems to be always shut down. Office staff is not great to work with and do things on their own terms without any regard for tenants.

|Recommended: YesAmazing on property staff and great apartment — The apartments are good sized and well padded so fairly quiet. The on site management team is AMAZING. With a pet friendly environment, this apartment was a perfect fit for us.

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live Great office for package pick up too — So glad we decided to live here Great location within minutes of anything you want on the west side. Apartments are very quiet and well appointed. We have gotten many compliments on the modern wood flooring and light fixtures. The office staff is great too, Hannah always has a smile for you as well as the packages that the office conveniently signs for you. Well kept up grounds and being right next to the bike trail are highlights too.
